The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Fedor Mirinova and Vladimir Khabensky.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Penn misses with an uppercut.
Nakki blocks a low kick nicely.
A jab from Nakki misses.
Nakki throws a lazy right hand but Penn sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Some wild striking there from Penn.
Nakki ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Penn catches Nakki with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Nakki displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Penn throws out the jab.
Penn moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

and Penn counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Nakki thinking.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Penn has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Nakki is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Penn yanks on the arm and Nakki is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Penn.
