Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Rodney Pearson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Bisping (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Michael Bisping looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Rodney Pearson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Michael Bisping! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Daniel Bishop and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pearson scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Pearson throws a half hearted mid kick. The fight stays on the outside here - Pearson looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Pearson shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Pearson wants to pass the guard but Bisping is keeping the position. Pearson working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Pearson trying to control but Bisping is working from the bottom. Bisping avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Pearson stands up from guard. Let's bang!
That's one minute gone in the round. Bisping throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Pearson was covering up waiting for the punch and Bisping finishes the takedown easily into guard. Bisping looks gassed! Pearson has a closed guard, preventing Bisping from standing up. Pearson has control of Bisping's left arm, preventing Bisping from doing any damage. Pearson bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Bisping's guard. Pearson is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Pearson landing with the ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pearson trying to control the position from guard on top but Bisping is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Pearson looking to control the position here, rather than advance. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Pearson passes easily into side control. Nice work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here as Pearson stalls from top position. Pearson trying to control the position but Bisping is working away. Pearson stands up and beckons Bisping to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Bisping shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Pearson manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Pearson seems keen to control Bisping's posture. Pearson bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Bisping's guard. Pearson drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Pearson jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Pearson is stalling in the full guard. Pearson wants to control from the top but Bisping keeps moving. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rodney Pearson dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Bisping moves out of range of the body kick. Pearson wants to clinch. Pearson changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Bisping with a poor takedown and Pearson counters with a nice double leg into guard. Pearson postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Bisping keeping moving, preventing Pearson from controlling successfully. Pearson throwing strikes but missing. Pearson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Pearson stands and throws Bisping's legs to the side, diving into side control. Bisping is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pearson tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Pearson decides to take the fight back to the feet. Pearson gets in close and instigates a clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pearson missing with knees to the body.
Pearson is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Pearson can't break the clinch.
Pearson goes for a takedown attempt but Bisping pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Bisping gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Pearson counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Bisping's guard now. Bisping trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! Pearson gets to his feet - Bisping follows without any prompting. Pearson tries to close the distance and clinch but Bisping swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Pearson fails with an attempt to clinch.
Pearson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pearson drives through with a takedown into guard. Pearson content to stall in guard here. Bisping wants to sweep but no luck. Pearson trying to control the position from guard on top but Bisping is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's four minutes gone in the round. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Pearson pushing down on Bisping's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Pearson looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Bisping with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Pearson is keen to just control but Bisping is a slippery customer. Pearson escapes and gets back to his feet. Pearson scores with a takedown into Bisping's guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Pearson tries to free his leg and advance position but Bisping is retaining full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rodney Pearson dominated that second round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Bisping misses with a combination
and Pearson counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Bisping tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Pearson just stands there and leans against the cage. Pearson manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Pearson throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Pearson scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Pearson drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Bisping is not in a great position here, taking some shots. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pearson works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Pearson is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Bisping has escaped the position, nice work there. Pearson scoring with punches from side control. Bisping is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Pearson is keen to just control but Bisping is a slippery customer.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pearson is nestled in close to Bisping, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Pearson postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Bisping to stand up. Pearson shoots in looking for a takedown. Bisping tries to sprawl out of it but Pearson keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Bisping manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Pearson rushes Bisping and presses him up against the cage. Pearson gets control of Bisping's arms and successfully pulls guard. Pearson will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Bisping preventing the sweep. Pearson has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Bisping can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Bisping won't allow Pearson to get back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pearson pushes Bisping off and scrambles back to his feet.

and Pearson counters with a single leg into guard. Bisping didn't expect that. Pearson controlling from the top position. Rodney Pearson overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Pearson trying to control but Bisping is working from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Pearson slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Rodney Pearson has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Nice sprawl there from Bisping as Pearson shoots in. Bisping looks to land a body kick but Pearson moved away. Pearson shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Michael Bisping has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Rodney Pearson is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Bisping throws a sloppy strike from the bottom. He's now off balance and Pearson manages to pass to side control.
And that's the end of the fight! Rodney Pearson showed his dominance in that final round. Well Pearson has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
