Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Abdual Jemall!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Sammy Sullivan!
The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Konstantin Menshow and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sullivan steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Jemall.
Jemall throws a hook to the side of Sullivan's head but Sullivan sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Sullivan takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Jemall throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Sullivan.
A jab from Jemall finds it's way through Sullivan's defenses.
Jemall takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Jemall misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Jemall throws a sloppy head kick and Sullivan moves out of range easily.
Jemall fails to land with a series of punches.
Sullivan lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Jemall circles away quickly and effectively.
Jemall doesn't manage to clinch there - Sullivan circles away.
Sullivan misses with a double jab.
Jemall moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Jemall swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Sullivan cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Sullivan throws a combination that misses
letting Jemall counter with a right hand.
Jemall wants to clinch up but Sullivan keeps it at a distance.
Jemall takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Sullivan swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Sullivan shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Sullivan is rocked!
Jemall blocks a low kick nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jemall throws a head kick that misses.
Jemall throws a sloppy head kick and Sullivan moves out of range easily.
Jemall throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Sullivan scores with a jab to the head.
Sullivan throws a right hand that Jemall ducks under and follows up with a left that Jemall also avoids with ease.
Sammy Sullivan is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Jemall tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Jemall takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Sullivan scores with the left hand. Jemall knows he should have avoided that one.
Sullivan lands with an overhand left.
Sullivan scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Jemall is rocked!
Sullivan has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Oh Jemall is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jemall scores with a crisp jab that stopped Sullivan in his tracks.
Jemall seems to have got his legs back now.
Sullivan throws a perfectly timed hook that sends Jemall crashing down! Jemall tries to stagger back to his feet but Sullivan just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused Jemall asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sammy Sullivan!
