Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Iskar Jarak!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Gedeon Nkuwu!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Yves DeLean and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nkuwu shoots in and drives through. Jarak sprawls well.
Jarak rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Nkuwu moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Jarak misses with a jab, cross combination.
Jarak drops Nkuwu with a beautiful combination! Nkuwu stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Jarak is looking for the KO!
It looks like Gedeon Nkuwu has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Horrible takedown by Nkuwu or perhaps it was just good defense by Jarak which made him look bad.
Jarak throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Nkuwu fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Iskar Jarak has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gedeon Nkuwu.
Jarak drops Nkuwu with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Nkuwu looks back up at him and smiles so Jarak waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Jarak throws an overhand right that has Nkuwu reeling! Jarak follows up with more punches and Nkuwu is out cold! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Iskar Jarak!
