Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, James Ackerman and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Askew misses with a low kick as Pakamara jumps back.
Askew misses with a two punch combination.
Askew will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Pakamara slips a jab and a cross from Askew.
Askew throws a looping overhand right but Pakamara ducks down to avoid it.
Askew throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
No joy there for Askew, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Pakamara misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Askew swinging wildly here.
Askew misses with a jab, cross combination.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A combination from Askew does no damage.
Pakamara throws a big shot that misses.
Pakamara shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Askew manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Askew avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Pakamara throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Pakamara accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Pakamara scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Pakamara wants to pass the guard but Askew is keeping the position.
Pakamara connects with a couple of short punches.
Pakamara lands a couple of digs.
Pakamara trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Pakamara postures up in Askew's guard and throws a big left but Askew blocks it.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Askew working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Pakamara.
Pakamara working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Pakamara thows a big elbow that misses.
Askew utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Pakamara thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Askew looks gassed!
Pakamara drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Pakamara seems to have locked his on tight now - Askew screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Pakamara, as he picks up the win!
