Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Lenhard Aigner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlos Sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sanchez has chosen Naughty by Nature - O.P.P. as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Lenhard Aigner! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 7 - 1, fighting out of London, Carlos Sanchez! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Andrew Berry and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Aigner throws a series of strikes that have Sanchez backpedaling.
Sanchez swats away the attempt to clinch by Aigner. Sanchez fails with a takedown attempt. Aigner slaps away a takedown attempt from Sanchez, before circling back to the center of the mat. Sanchez takes the fight into the clinch. Sanchez manages to break the clinch.
Aigner tries to clinch up but Sanchez circles away and keeps his distance. Sanchez shoots for a double leg takedown but Aigner sprawls well. He's pushed Sanchez's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Lenhard Aigner has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Carlos Sanchez. Aigner throws a one two combo.

Carlos Sanchez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sanchez gets a takedown into half guard. Aigner has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Sanchez is working away from the top position though. Aigner is trying to stand.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sanchez content to control rather than advance. Sanchez is thwarting Aigner's attempts to control the position. Sanchez working Aigner over with strikes. Aigner pushes Sanchez off looking to stand but Sanchez dives back in and keeps control.
Sanchez works his foot free and advances to mount. Aigner tries to hold on but Sanchez postures up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Aigner is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Sanchez has hold of Aigner's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Aigner manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Sanchez lands a big shot there that rocks Aigner but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Aigner knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sanchez on the ground. Sanchez cracks Aigner with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Sanchez lands with some strikes. Aigner tries to hold on but Sanchez pushes him away. Sanchez tries to control but Aigner wriggling away. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Sanchez wants to finish this one by submission but Aigner is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Sanchez. Sanchez looks gassed! Aigner tries to lock up and control but Sanchez gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Aigner trying desperately to get to his feet.
Aigner manages to control the position for a moment. Sanchez has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Sanchez scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Sanchez manages to capitalize on a mistake by Aigner to take his back!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Can Aigner hold on?! Sanchez is landing more strikes to his hapless foe.
Aigner is taking damage to the body and head. Aigner wants to escape the position.
Aigner is looking to stand back up. He's having to work hard to escape but eventually he manages it. Sanchez tries to clinch there but Aigner circles away.
Aigner thuds a left hand into Sanchez's body. Aigner shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Sanchez defends it nicely. Aigner tries to close the distance and clinch but Sanchez swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Sanchez throws a half hearted mid kick. Aigner looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Aigner lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Sanchez backs up against the cage.
Sanchez tries for a takedown but Aigner sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Carlos Sanchez dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Sanchez scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Sanchez is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Aigner is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Aigner tries to improve position but can't. You can see the frustration on Aigner's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Sanchez decides to take the fight back to the feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Aigner shoots in looking for a takedown. Sanchez tries to sprawl out of it but Aigner keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sanchez manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. The fight stays on the outside here - Aigner looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Sanchez fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Aigner stalks Sanchez and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Sanchez's face. Sanchez staggers backwards, shaken. Left hook, right uppercut from Aigner. Aigner scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Aigner scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Aigner lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Aigner decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Aigner seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Sanchez kicks Aigner off and gets back to his feet. Sanchez takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Aigner lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Aigner lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Aigner is working the combinations to good effect here. Aigner throws a combination. Sanchez tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Aigner scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Aigner moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Sanchez tries to clinch but Aigner moves out of range. Sanchez has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye. Sanchez throws a right hand that Aigner ducks under and follows up with a left that Aigner also avoids with ease. Aigner lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Sanchez throws a series of punches but Aigner moves out of range. Aigner tries to clinch but Sanchez is having none of it. Sanchez looks for a takedown but Aigner sprawls well. A nice combination there by Aigner.

Aigner shoots in for a takedown but Sanchez shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Sanchez changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Aigner tries to avoid it but Sanchez manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Aigner to the ground. Aigner escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Sanchez gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Aigner counters with a three punch combo that has Sanchez backing up. Sanchez nods at Aigner to acknowledge the strikes. Aigner throws a one two combo.

Sanchez clinches up with Aigner and pushes him back against the cage. Sanchez manages to break the clinch.
Aigner tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Sanchez paws at him with a jab and circles away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lenhard Aigner dominated that second round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Sanchez. Sanchez misses with a takedown attempt - Aigner sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Aigner tries to clinch and Sanchez counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Sanchez. Aigner keeping moving, preventing Sanchez from controlling successfully. Aigner avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Aigner wants to stand up but Sanchez is controlling him. Aigner is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sanchez decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Aigner looks to land a combination. Sanchez sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Sanchez has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Aigner scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Aigner wants to clinch up but Sanchez keeps it at a distance. Sanchez looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Aigner is fending him off so far but Sanchez persists. Nope, Aigner circles away and we're back to standing. Lenhard Aigner has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Carlos Sanchez. A right-left combo lands from Aigner. Aigner stalks Sanchez and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Sanchez's face. Sanchez staggers backwards, shaken. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Aigner throws a one two combo.
Aigner closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Aigner lands in his opponent's guard. Sanchez looking to control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Aigner got a little sloppy there for a moment and Sanchez has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Aigner has managed to get both his arms back between Sanchez's legs - danger averted. Aigner wants to get up but he can't break Sanchez's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Sanchez trying to keep a closed guard but Aigner is proving a slippery customer.
Aigner with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Aigner wanted to stand there but Sanchez had control of the position. Aigner wants to stand and escape but instead Sanchez has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Sanchez throwing strikes but missing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sanchez landing some decent shots from guard. Sanchez drops back, looking for a kneebar! Aigner looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Aigner looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Aigner! Sanchez taking a bit of punishment here - Aigner scoring with strikes. Aigner working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Sanchez tries to bench press Aigner off him but Aigner keeps the position. Sanchez is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Aigner asserts his dominance and retains side control. Aigner wants to stand but Sanchez is controlling his arm. Sanchez misses with an elbow from the bottom. Sanchez is trying to improve his position. Aigner is chipping away with strikes.
Aigner connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Sanchez some visible discomfort.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Carlos Sanchez. I think Sanchez has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
