Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between John Dzban (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby Tino (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tino has chosen The Animal as his entrance music. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, John Dzban! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Bobby Tino! The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Ren Mimura and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dzban feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Dzban wants to control from the top but Tino keeps moving. Dzban postures up in Tino's guard and throws a big left but Tino blocks it. Dzban wants to get up but he can't break Tino's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Dzban pushes down on Tino's leg and manages to get into half guard. Tino trying to keep hold of his opponent's head but Dzban manages to pass to mount!
Tino's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Tino is in all sorts of trouble here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dzban jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Tino is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Tino and Dzban has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Dzban really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Tino sneaks back into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dzban is working for a submission of some sort.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Dzban is keen to just control but Tino is a slippery customer. Dzban is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Tino defends it well. Tino is trying to maintain the position but Dzban is very close to passing his half guard. Dzban is looking for a kimura but Tino is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Dzban to get the leverage.

Dzban trying to control but Tino is working from the bottom. Tino thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Dzban looking to pass the guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Dzban thows a big elbow that misses. Tino has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Dzban can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Dzban will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Tino looks gassed! Dzban lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Tino pushes Dzban off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Dzban uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Tino. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Tino shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Dzban had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Tino defends it easily. Dzban is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Dzban is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Tino manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Dzban looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Dzban escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Tino gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Tino looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Tino! Tino taking a breather here. Dzban parries the strikes from Tino easily there. Tino is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Dzban to escape.
Tino is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Dzban's shoulder. That is not cool. Tino takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dzban is trying to improve his position. Tino is looking to take a break and control but Dzban is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Tino might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Dzban kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. You can see the frustration on Dzban's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Dzban is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Dzban is looking to reverse the position. Tino wants to take a breather but Dzban manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Tino. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Tino accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dzban is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. John Dzban overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Tino throws a big right hand that misses. Tino controlling from the top position. Dzban keeping moving, preventing Tino from controlling successfully.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Bobby Tino wasn't active enough on the ground. Dzban shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Tino is trying to defend but Dzban finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Tino wants to get back to his feet.
And that's the end of the fight! John Dzban showed his dominance in that final round. Well Dzban has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
