The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Men fails with an attempt to clinch.
Men moves in looking to clinch but Ribeiro pushes him off.

Men tries to close the distance and clinch up but Ribeiro swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Ribeiro tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Men was well out of range. Poor timing from Ribeiro.
Men throws a sloppy head kick and Ribeiro moves out of range easily.
Ribeiro drives through and clinches with Men against the cage.
Ribeiro breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Men enables Ribeiro to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Men manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Ribeiro decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
