Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Valeniej Khardiov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pepper Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Khardiov comes to the cage accompanied by pc part klatka. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Frank Dennis and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones looks for a takedown but Khardiov sprawls well.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Jones is defended easily by Khardiov.
Jones wants to clinch.

Pepper Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jones shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Khardiov pinned against the cage. Khardiov gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Khardiov tries to advance to mount but Jones denies him.

Khardiov has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Khardiov thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jones jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Khardiov is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Khardiov and Jones has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Jones closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Khardiov quickly recovers to half guard.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Jones wants to work for an arm triangle but Khardiov is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Jones is working for a kimura but Khardiov is defending it quite comfortably.

Pepper Jones showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Khardiov tries to hold on but Jones pushes him away.

Khardiov is bucking up trying to escape but Jones cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Jones throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Khardiov has his hands clasped together but Jones breaks the hold and Khardiov is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Jones!
