Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between jake the preditor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Chatskiy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, jake the preditor! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Alexander Chatskiy! The judges for this bout are James Glass, Chris Edwards and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chatskiy changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. the preditor tries to avoid it but Chatskiy manages to keep hold of a leg and drag the preditor to the ground. the preditor escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Nice takedown defense from the preditor. No joy for Chatskiy on that attempt. Chatskiy fails with an attempt to clinch.
the preditor looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Chatskiy will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
the preditor is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. the preditor wants to pass the guard but Chatskiy is keeping the position. the preditor slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. the preditor trying to control but Chatskiy is working from the bottom. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. the preditor is stalling in the full guard.
jake the preditor has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Chatskiy tries to sprawl but the preditor drives through with a takedown into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Chatskiy has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. the preditor is working away from the top position though. Chatskiy tries to roll over but the preditor keeps him under control. the preditor content to control rather than advance. the preditor trying to control from half guard but Chatskiy is working away. the preditor is trying to work for a kimura but Chatskiy is defending well.

That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Chatskiy is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but the preditor is staying active. Chatskiy actively working from the bottom here. Chatskiy taking some punishment here, with the preditor in his half guard. the preditor performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Chatskiy looks gassed!
That's three minutes gone in the round. the preditor thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. the preditor controlling the action here. Chatskiy is trying to stand back up but the preditor is controlling him

jake the preditor has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. the preditor misses with a takedown attempt and Chatskiy counters with a good low kick that the preditor was not able to check. Chatskiy is looking to clinch. the preditor fails with the takedown. Chatskiy gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and the preditor decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Chatskiy's guard. jake the preditor has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alexander Chatskiy. the preditor thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. the preditor not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. the preditor trying to control the position from guard on top but Chatskiy is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Chatskiy is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Chatskiy is trying to control the position from the bottom.
the preditor trying to control but Chatskiy is working from the bottom. Chatskiy utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
jake the preditor dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Chatskiy gets caught flat footed, as the preditor shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Chatskiy wants to sweep but no luck. Chatskiy controls the preditor momentarily but the preditor frees himself. the preditor throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Chatskiy works some decent striking defense from the bottom. the preditor wants to control from the top but Chatskiy keeps moving. Chatskiy controls the preditor momentarily but the preditor frees himself. Chatskiy is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst the preditor is controlling him. the preditor not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Chatskiy is breathing heavily.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Alexander Chatskiy. Chatskiy tries for a takedown but the preditor circles away easily and the preditor counters with a single leg into guard. Chatskiy didn't expect that. Chatskiy being controlled here, momentarily. the preditor's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

We're going to have a standup here because jake the preditor wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. the preditor is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Chatskiy's half guard. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
the preditor works his way into full mount! Chatskiy is squirming around, avoiding the preditor's attempts to control the action.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Chatskiy is trying to escape the mount but the preditor keeps good control and instead manages to take Chatskiy's back.
the preditor has good solid back control here. the preditor has his arm under Chatskiy's chin here. Game over son! the preditor squeezes tightly and Chatskiy is forced to tap out!
