Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tiger Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yason Tupaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lee comes to the cage accompanied by Monkeys of War. Tupaz comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Step Up kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Tiger Lee has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tiger Lee! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Yason Tupaz! The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Hugh Johnson and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tupaz throws a lazy right hand but Lee sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Nice sprawl there from Tupaz as Lee shoots in. Lee closes the distance and clinches up with Tupaz, looking for a takedown. Lee pushes Tupaz against the cage but Tupaz circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Lee dives in and grabs Tupaz's left leg, looking for a takedown. Tupaz pushes down on Lee's head and hops out. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tiger Lee. That's going to take a lot out of him. Nice shot by Tupaz. Tupaz lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Tupaz misses the shot to the body. Lee shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Tupaz as he avoids it easily. Lee chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Tupaz can pounce on him.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Lee. Tupaz throws a sloppy head kick and Lee moves out of range easily. Tupaz swings for the body but Lee moves out of range.
Lee closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Lee lands in his opponent's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tupaz utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Tupaz wants to stand up but Lee is controlling him. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lee is pushing down on Tupaz's leg trying to pass to half guard. Tupaz is fighting to maintain full guard but Lee has managed to sneak the leg through. Lee working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Tupaz wants to control but Lee is keeping busy.
Tupaz wants to get back to his feet. Tupaz is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. Lee scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Tupaz trying to control from the bottom.
Lee landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Lee stalling.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lee winds up and cracks Tupaz with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Lee perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Lee connects with a nice short shot to Tupaz's temple. Tupaz is trying to control but can't.
Nice strikes from Lee there. Tupaz wants to get back to his feet. Tupaz looks gassed! Tupaz is in trouble now - Lee has advanced to mount! Lee fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Tupaz is working to get back to half guard.
Tupaz is bucking up trying to escape but Lee cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Tupaz working to try and regain half guard.

Tupaz is rocked! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lee drops a big elbow. That's hurt Tupaz! More shots from Lee and the ref steps in! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tiger Lee!
