Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between James Alan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jabba Hutt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alan comes to the cage accompanied by Fucking Hostile by Pantera. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the super heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, James Alan! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jabba Hutt! The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Edson Gomes and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Alan misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Alan misses with a double jab.
Alan feints and as Hutt raises his hands in defense, Alan changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Alan wants to pass the guard but Hutt is keeping the position. Alan throwing strikes but missing. Hutt looking to hit a scissor sweep but Alan is one step ahead there. Alan pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Hutt is keeping the position for now. Hutt has momentary wrist control but Alan slips an elbow through the middle. Alan pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Alan isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Hutt stacks Alan on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Hutt! Alan might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Hutt is working Alan over with some ground and pound from side control. Alan is not content to let Hutt control the position. Alan tries to improve position but can't. Hutt is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Alan knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Hutt connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Alan some visible discomfort.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hutt tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Hutt has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Alan is not content to let Hutt control the position. Alan on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Alan tries to bench press Hutt off him but Hutt keeps the position. Hutt wants to lay and pray for a moment but Alan keeps working. Alan tries to improve position but can't. Hutt lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. You can see the frustration on Alan's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hutt creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Alan sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Alan is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Hutt off and has taken his back! Hutt covering up well under a barage of strikes. Alan throwing lazy shots from the back mount that aren't doing any damage. Hutt rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.

Alan controls Hutt momentarily but Hutt frees himself. Alan bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Hutt's guard. Alan being controlled here momentarily. Alan thows a big elbow that misses. Hutt wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Alan has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Alan is looking to work some ground and pound but Hutt has wrist control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

James Alan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hutt instigates a clinch. Hutt is looking to control Alan's arms but Alan gets an underhook and turns him. Now Hutt has his back to the cage. Alan can't break the clinch.

Alan throws a right hand that Hutt ducks under and follows up with a left that Hutt also avoids with ease. Horrible takedown by Alan or perhaps it was just good defense by Hutt which made him look bad.

Alan stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Alan wants it to stay on the feet. Hutt's corner calls for a 1-2. Hutt obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Alan throws a half hearted mid kick. Alan throws a right hand that Hutt ducks under and follows up with a left that Hutt also avoids with ease. Alan gets a takedown into half guard. Hutt works his way to full guard. Good work. Hutt keeping full guard, as Alan tries to pass. Hutt lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Alan!
That's two minutes gone in the round. The referee warns Alan that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Alan is looking to improve his position but Hutt isn't that keen on the idea. Hutt has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Alan's face.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! A nice elbow there by Hutt. Hutt scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Alan can't escape the position.
Alan sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Alan looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Hutt has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Alan is staying active underneath Hutt, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Alan slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.

He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Hutt seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Alan has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. Alan postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Hutt is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Alan, into his guard.

Hutt controlling the action here. Alan is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Hutt takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Alan is looking for a sweep. Hutt is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Alan is not content to let Hutt control the position. Hutt prevents Alan from improving his position. Hutt content to control rather than advance. Alan is looking to improve his position.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Jabba Hutt hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Alan throws a right and a left that Hutt avoids nicely. Alan shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Hutt counters with a takedown into side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hutt lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Hutt looks up at the clock and then as Alan takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Hutt smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Alan is trying to work for a sweep but Hutt has mounted him! Alan can't escape the position.
It's got to the stage where if one of these guys blows hard enough, the other might fall over. Hutt landing strikes, looking to finish! Hutt prevents Alan from getting the reversal. Hutt lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Hutt cracks Alan with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Hutt breaks from Alan's wrist control and lands an elbow. Hutt lands a big shot to the head and Alan winces in pain. He's tapped out due to strikes!
