The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Robert Twigg and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brasco avoids the head kick by Stevenson.
A left and a right from Stevenson both land. Nice combination.
Stevenson scores with a one two! Brasco had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Brasco shoots in for a takedown but Stevenson shows good takedown defense.

I looks like Brasco might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Brasco's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Brasco is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

That was a close round but I would say that Josh Stevenson will probably get the nod.

Brasco shoots in and bounces Stevenson off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

He's locked it up tight! Brasco's face has turned purple! Will he tap? Will he! YES! He's tapped! Stevenson picked his opening and made it count! Great finish!
