The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alvarez circles away from the clinch attempt.
Do attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Alvarez shoots in but Do avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Alvarez should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Alvarez shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Do as he jumps to the side.

Do throws a low kick but Alvarez moves out of range easily.

Alvarez shoots in looking for a takedown but Do manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Alvarez's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Brusso Do is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Do stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Do wants it to stay on the feet.

Alvarez throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Do's waist but Do gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Alvarez off to one side.
