Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Luke Skywalker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Garion Bel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Garion Bel was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Luke Skywalker! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Garion Bel! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Donald Grub and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bel misses with a series of wild punches.
Skywalker throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Bel displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Garion Bel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Skywalker shoots in and drives through. Bel sprawls well. Skywalker bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Skywalker is chipping away with strikes.
Bel takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Bel takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Skywalker working the ground and pound but Bel is defending the strikes. Skywalker lands a few punches from side control. Skywalker lands a decent elbow from side control. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Skywalker tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Skywalker connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Bel some visible discomfort.
Bel is rocked! Bel really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Skywalker. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Skywalker working the ground and pound. Bel is still in real trouble! Can Skywalker finish him? We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Bel can do anything to dispel that myth. Skywalker working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Bel tries to bench press Skywalker off him but Skywalker keeps the position. Skywalker lands a strong strike to the head of Bel. That's dazed him! Skywalker looking to finish here. Bel is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Skywalker lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Luke Skywalker!
