Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Don Hall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Young (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Young has chosen Dont Sweat The Technique as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. James Young will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, James Young!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Elvis Blanc and Steve Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Young shoots in looking for a takedown but Hall manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Young's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Young motions for Hall to come forward. Young throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Hall throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Young avoids a punch combination nicely.
Hall tries to bum rush Young with a series of wild strikes but Young uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Hall throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Hall gets a takedown into half guard.
Hall wants to free his trapped foot but Young is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Hall is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Young has managed to free his arm - good work.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Hall is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Young is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Young has escaped and now he's on top!

James Young has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
Don Hall is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
