Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Donald Draper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sam James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). James has chosen Rick Astley- Never gonna give you up as his entrance music. Donald Draper has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Donald Draper! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sam James! The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Dean Styles and Reed Andrews.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! James tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Draper paws at him with a jab and circles away. Ouch! a nice leg kick from James, right into the meat.
James cracks the inside of Draper's front leg. Draper lands a body shot.
James closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - James lands in his opponent's guard. Draper has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Draper wants to stand up but James is controlling him.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Draper looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Draper wants to sweep but no luck. James is fighting to break Draper's control of his arms but Draper is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Draper keeping full guard, as James tries to pass.
 Donald Draper has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. James throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. James connects with a leg kick. Draper looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Nice sprawl there from Draper as James shoots in. Draper with a poor takedown
and James counters with a takedown into side control. Draper prevents James from improving position. James is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Draper will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. James wants to control but Draper is keeping him busy.
Draper explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!
 That's three minutes gone in the round. James works Draper's body with a nice hook. James shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Draper counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Draper. Draper trying to control the position from guard on top but James is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. James wants to get back to his feet but Draper is in a dominant position and won't allow it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
James looking for a triangle here. Draper is fighting it but it looks tight! James pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Draper is tapping out - this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Choke). Sam James!
