Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andre Shankar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Donald Fraser (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shankar's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, "Them Belly Full" by Bob Marley. Fraser has chosen Sirius as his entrance music. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Andre Shankar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Donald Fraser!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fraser getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Fraser throws a series of punches but Shankar moves out of range.
Shankar dodges the punch combination from Fraser.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Fraser lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Shankar has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Shankar and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Shankar tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Fraser manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Fraser throws a series of punches but Shankar avoids them all with ease.
Shankar closes the distance and clinches up with Fraser, looking for a takedown. Shankar pushes Fraser against the cage but Fraser circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Fraser lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Shankar circles away quickly and effectively.

Shankar is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Fraser knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Fraser for a finish.

Fraser is looking to escape.

Fraser is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Shankar is controlling him.
Shankar chips away with some ground and pound.

Shankar is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Shankar drops back looking for a leg! Fraser is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Fraser manages to kick Shankar off! Shankar jumps back into Fraser's guard.

Poor strikes thrown by Fraser there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

Fraser is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Shankar has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Shankar!
Fraser wants to improve his position but instead Shankar has moved into half guard.
Shankar is keen to just control but Fraser is a slippery customer.

Shankar seems to be working for a kimura but Fraser defends the submission attempt.

Fraser tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Shankar manages to move to mount!
Shankar has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Fraser's face.
Fraser is looking to get to half guard.

Shankar is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Fraser can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Fraser wants to get up but he can't break Shankar's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
