Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Hatsu Hioki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wilhelm Reich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hioki comes to the cage accompanied by Pussy by Rammstein. Reich comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Wilhelm Reich in Hell kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are James Glass, Donald Grub and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Hioki.
Reich misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Hioki tries to clinch but Reich is having none of it.
Reich keeps the fight on the outside.

Reich looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Hioki throws a sloppy head kick and Reich moves out of range easily.

Hioki defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Reich.
Hioki closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Reich is not content to let Hioki control the position.

Hioki prevents Reich from getting the reversal.
Hioki jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Reich is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Reich and Hioki has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Hioki throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Hioki shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Reich is trying to defend but Hioki finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Hioki wants to lay and pray for a moment but Reich keeps working.

Reich controls Hioki momentarily but Hioki frees himself.

Hioki will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Hioki wants to stand but Reich has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Wilhelm Reich.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Reich is defended easily by Hioki.
Hioki tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Reich feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Reich closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Hioki did well to prevent Reich getting side control.
