Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jonny Boy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George McTrigger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boy comes to the cage accompanied by Johnny Boy - It's Johnny Boy. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McTrigger fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Boy checks it well.
McTrigger connects with a jab.
McTrigger ducks under a wild hook from Boy.
Boy cracks McTrigger with a good jab.
Boy blocks a low kick nicely.
Boy moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
McTrigger takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Boy tries to score a power double leg takedown but McTrigger sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Boy somewhat.

McTrigger takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

Boy looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
McTrigger tries to lock up and control but Boy gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Boy manages to capitalize on a mistake by McTrigger to take his back!
Boy is striking well from the back but McTrigger escapes and manages to control the positon and works his way to half guard. A much better position - the crisis is over for the time being.

Boy wants to control from the top but McTrigger keeps moving.

McTrigger is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Boy wants to work for an arm triangle but McTrigger is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
McTrigger wants to control but Boy passes into side.
McTrigger is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Boy's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Boy uses his free foot to push down on McTrigger's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for McTrigger.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Boy jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… McTrigger is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by McTrigger and Boy has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

McTrigger takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Boy moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

It looks like Jonny Boy has been cut.
Boy lands a nice shot that snaps McTrigger's head back.
Boy lands a nice looking body shot.
Boy swings for the body but McTrigger moves out of range.
Boy displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as McTrigger throws out the jab.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Boy throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as McTrigger works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Boy wants to pass the guard but McTrigger is keeping the position.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now McTrigger is on top in guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

McTrigger takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Jonny Boy overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
McTrigger looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Boy with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
McTrigger misses with a head shot. Boy uses the momentum to regain guard.
Boy has momentary wrist control but McTrigger slips an elbow through the middle.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close second round but I would say that Jonny Boy will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Boy has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Boy there as he acknowledges the shot.
McTrigger is looking to slow Boy down with leg kicks.

and Boy counters with a nice low kick that buckles McTrigger's knee momentarily.
McTrigger bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Boy's head backwards.
McTrigger throws the kick towards the body but Boy avoids it.
McTrigger throws a low kick but it's checked well by Boy.
Boy throws a hook to the side of McTrigger's head but McTrigger sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Boy takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

McTrigger tries to land a front kick but Boy steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

McTrigger shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Boy manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. George McTrigger wasn't active enough on the ground.
Boy avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
McTrigger throws a hook but Boy avoids it easily.
That kick from McTrigger tenderised Boy's leg. Boy is trying to keep his angry face on.

McTrigger rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Boy moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Boy walks forward, straight into a front kick from McTrigger.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from McTrigger, right into the meat.
Boy is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
McTrigger lands a nice leg kick that just misses Boy's sensitive parts.

Boy shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in McTrigger's guard.
