The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Busov is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Busov fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Sychev, pushing him back against the cage.
Busov tries to pull guard but Sychev won't allow it.
Busov wants a takedown.
Sychev stalls.
Busov changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Sychev fights it off and pushes away nicely.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Timofey Busov. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Busov shoots in but no luck this time.

Busov shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Sychev's guard.
