Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Jungle Boy avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

It looks like Ronys The Jungle Boy has been cut.

I looks like Eco might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

The Jungle Boy shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Eco as he avoids it easily.

Eco tries to close the distance and clinch but The Jungle Boy swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Eco rushes The Jungle Boy and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
The Jungle Boy tries to break the clinch but Eco is controlling the position.
Eco with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.

Eco escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Umberto Eco is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

The Jungle Boy goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Eco has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for The Jungle Boy but great work by Eco.

Eco using the Thai plumb to throw knees but The Jungle Boy has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

The Jungle Boy is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

The Jungle Boy trying to control the action but Eco is working from the bottom.
Eco is controlling The Jungle Boy's position as best he can from this difficult position.
The fighters are battling for position here. Eco manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Ronys The Jungle Boy overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Eco manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

The Jungle Boy is in a horrible position here. Eco smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Eco tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Let's hope that Eco has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Umberto Eco comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Eco has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
