Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
de Pina looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
giggles dodges the punch combination from de Pina.

de Pina stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and de Pina wants it to stay on the feet.

giggles changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. de Pina tries to avoid it but giggles manages to keep hold of a leg and drag de Pina to the ground. de Pina escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

giggles shoots in looking for a takedown. de Pina tries to sprawl out of it but giggles keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. de Pina manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
