The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Samson shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Thai but Thai pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Samson keeps the fight on the outside.
Thai is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Horrible takedown by Samson or perhaps it was just good defense by Thai which made him look bad.
