Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Wro Tump (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Erik Koch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Wro Tump! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Erik Koch! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Saam Ante and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tump throws a head kick but Koch moves out of range.
Tump throws a head kick that misses. Crunch! Tump slams his shin into Koch's torso. Koch looks to land a right hand but Tump moved out of range. Tump throws a head kick but Koch moves out of range.
Wro Tump seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Koch throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Tump was covering up waiting for the punch and Koch finishes the takedown easily into guard. Tump being controlled here, momentarily. Tump keeping full guard, as Koch tries to pass. Koch slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Tump keeping full guard, as Koch tries to pass. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. A lull in the action here. Koch tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Koch tries to score with some ground and pound. Tump controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Tump is trying to improve his position.

Tump dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Koch. That did some damage! Tump lands a head kick. Koch smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Koch shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Tump tries a head kick but it misses.

Tump sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Tump throws a sloppy head kick and Koch moves out of range easily. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Tump. Koch lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Tump circles away quickly and effectively. Tump buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Koch fails with the takedown. Tump stuffs the takedown attempt from Koch. Koch gets slowly back to his feet. Koch blocks a head kick by Tump.
Tump throws a sloppy head kick and Koch moves out of range easily. Koch closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Koch controlling the position. Koch misses with an attempted head punch from side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Koch tries for a kimura but Tump is defending well. Koch tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tump tries to get back to half guard but can't. You can see the frustration on Tump's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Tump tries to buck Koch off but Koch is having none of it. Koch looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Tump defending against the ground and pound. Tump wants to control but Koch postures up. Koch trying to control the action but Tump is working from the bottom. Tump is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Koch's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.

Wro Tump dominated that second round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Koch throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Tump tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Koch is in Tump's guard. Tump is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Koch defends well. Tump working for a triangle but Koch defends it easily.

That's one minute gone in the round. Koch thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Tump lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Koch! Tump is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Koch has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Koch! Koch controlling from the top position. Tump working for a triangle but Koch defends it easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Koch slips nicely into half guard. Tump looking for submissions off his back. Koch is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Tump defends it well. Koch content to control rather than advance.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tump is staying active underneath Koch, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Koch looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Koch is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Tump is just riding it out for now. Koch eventually gives up the hold.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Tump looking for submissions off his back. Tump looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Koch controlling the pace. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Tump is looking to get back to full guard here but Koch has managed to pass to side control instead.
And that's the end of the fight! Erik Koch comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Koch has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
