Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Colin Fotheringham and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sheppard gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Sheppard's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Sheppard darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
mole wants to get back to full guard.
Sheppard is taking a breather. mole says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
mole tries to roll over but Sheppard keeps him under control.
Sheppard is nestled in close to mole, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
