Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jorge Santiago (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Megga Torque (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Santiago has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Megga Torque has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santiago takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Torque shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Torque throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Santiago got a little sloppy there for a moment and Torque has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Santiago has managed to get both his arms back between Torque's legs - danger averted.
Torque can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Santiago controls the pace.

Torque is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but Santiago frees his head nicely. Oh but Torque has switched to an armbar! Santiago is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
