Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brzi closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Kanholdzi quickly recovers to half guard. Kanholdzi has hold of Brzi's hands but Brzi slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Brzi with the ground and pound but Kanholdzi uses the opportunity to regain guard. Brzi postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Kanholdzi is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Brzi, into his guard. Brzi trying to keep a closed guard but Kanholdzi is proving a slippery customer.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Brzi looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Kanholdzi pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Brzi is keeping the position for now. Kanholdzi stands and steps away. Brzi gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Brzi scores with a takedown into Kanholdzi's guard. Brzi trying to control the position from guard on top but Kanholdzi is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Brzi pushing down on Kanholdzi's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Kanholdzi is trying to get back to full guard. Brzi is pressing down on Kanholdzi's thigh, looking to free his foot. Kanholdzi is holding on for now. Brzi missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. It looks like Brzi is going to stand back up.

Brzi is keen to just control but Kanholdzi is a slippery customer. Brzi looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Brzi looks gassed! The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Kanholdzi is trying to stand up here but Brzi is controlling him well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kanholdzi is concentrating on defense, preventing Brzi from advancing position. Kanholdzi is looking to control Brzi's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Kanholdzi avoid being mounted? Brzi wants to control but Kanholdzi is keeping him busy.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Kanholdzi throws a sloppy head kick and Brzi moves out of range easily. Brzi gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Kanholdzi to score an easy takedown into full guard. Brzi wants to sweep here but Kanholdzi controlling him for the moment. Brzi bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Kanholdzi's guard. Kanholdzi avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kanholdzi looking to hit a scissor sweep but Brzi is one step ahead there. Brzi stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Kanholdzi swivels though and keeps the full guard. Brzi tries to stand but Kanholdzi is controlling from the bottom. Kanholdzi manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tauro Brzi dominated that round. That's time! Kanholdzi's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Brzi crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Kanholdzi - the referee stops the clock and Brzi gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Kanholdzi. Brzi manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Brzi tries for a takedown but Kanholdzi circles away easily and Kanholdzi counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Brzi working a defensive guard but Kanholdzi manages to pass into side control anyway.
Brzi misses with an elbow from the bottom. Kanholdzi stands up and we're back to a striking position. Bass Kanholdzi is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Brzi tries to clinch but Kanholdzi moves away and Kanholdzi counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Brzi is defending against the submission attempts here by Kanholdzi.
Brzi wants to get back to full guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Kanholdzi in particular looking to stall. Kanholdzi postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Brzi to stand up. Nice sprawl there from Brzi as Kanholdzi shoots in. Brzi falls off balance throwing a combination
and Kanholdzi counters with a lovely shot to the body. Kanholdzi misses with a combination
and Brzi counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Brzi. Kanholdzi avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Brzi's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kanholdzi looking to hit a scissor sweep but Brzi is one step ahead there. Brzi slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Kanholdzi is trying to control the position but Brzi postures up. Kanholdzi wants to sweep but no luck. Brzi must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Brzi wants to control from the top but Kanholdzi keeps moving. Bass Kanholdzi overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Tauro Brzi. Brzi tries to clinch up and Kanholdzi counters with a shoot takedown. Brzi fights it but they end up in guard. Kanholdzi stopping the sweep attempt from Brzi. Brzi working for a triangle but Kanholdzi defends it easily.
Brzi looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Kanholdzi lands a couple of decent looking shots.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kanholdzi looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Brzi working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Kanholdzi doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Kanholdzi manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Brzi is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Brzi working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Kanholdzi has passed into half guard!

Bass Kanholdzi dominated that second round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Kanholdzi looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Brzi wants to hit a switch here but Kanholdzi passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Brzi there! Brzi is trying to escape the mount.
Brzi is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Brzi is looking to get to half guard. Kanholdzi avoids the attempt from Brzi to control.

So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.
A lull in the action here.
Kanholdzi is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Kanholdzi gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Kanholdzi gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Kanholdzi apologises and we restart here on the feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Kanholdzi bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Kanholdzi has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Brzi! Brzi has given up his back here.

Kanholdzi controlling the position well here. Brzi rolled but Kanholdzi kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.
Kanholdzi lands with a big left hand that may well have hurt his opponent. Can Brzi hold on?!
Brzi looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment. Brzi is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Kanholdzi.

Brzi manages to reverse the position and now he's in Kanholdzi's guard. Nice work there by Brzi.
Brzi throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Kanholdzi works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Brzi wants to stand but Kanholdzi has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Kanholdzi working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Brzi. Brzi trying to stand up but can't free himself from Kanholdzi's guard. Kanholdzi controls Brzi momentarily but Brzi frees himself.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Bass Kanholdzi just wasn't active enough. Kanholdzi misses with a takedown attempt and Brzi counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Kanholdzi avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Brzi looking to sit in guard and control but Kanholdzi gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Kanholdzi slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Bass Kanholdzi showed his dominance in that final round. Well Kanholdzi has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
