Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mark Colemann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jung Kim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mark Colemann! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jung Kim! The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Yukihiro Shimada and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Colemann shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Colemann was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Kim is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Colemann sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! Colemann can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Kim is looking to escape. Colemann lands a big shot there that rocks Kim but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Colemann thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
That's one minute gone in the round. Colemann wants to control the pace but Kim is squirming around nicely. Colemann working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Kim is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Colemann unloading with bombs! Kim really wants to buck Colemann off and get back to his feet. Colemann lands with some strikes. Colemann trying to control but Kim is having none of it. Colemann jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Kim manages to avoid the submission attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Kim's face as Colemann controls the position. Colemann has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Colemann seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Kim for as long as he can get away with.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Colemann stands up and beckons Kim to his feet. Kim will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
No joy there for Kim, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Colemann shoots in and bounces Kim off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Colemann trying to control but Kim is working from the bottom. Colemann in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mark Colemann dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Colemann instigates a clinch. Kim is trying to break free. Kim working hard to break the clinch. Colemann can't get the takedown.
Kim wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Kim tries to circle away but Colemann has him pinned against the cage. Colemann just leaning against Kim, taking a breather. Colemann trying to stall but Kim improves his position.

Kim looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Kim breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Kim gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Colemann's corner is telling him to maintain position. Colemann trying to control but Kim is working from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Colemann wants to pass the guard but Kim is keeping the position. Colemann is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Kim preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.

Kim uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Colemann's guard. Nice move by Kim! Colemann pulls Kim in close to prevent any damage. Kim must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Colemann has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Kim really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Colemann. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Mark Colemann wasn't doing enough on the ground. Kim throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Colemann. Colemann closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Kim did well to prevent Colemann getting side control. Colemann passes the guard and advances to mount! Colemann controlling his opponent.

It looks like Jung Kim has been cut. Colemann looking to finish Kim with some ground and pound. This is bad for Kim!
That has opened up Jung Kim's cut even more. Colemann looking to control and managing it successfully.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Colemann tries to control but Kim wriggling away. Colemann jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Kim manages to avoid the submission attempt. Colemann tries to advance to mount but Kim denies him. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mark Colemann dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Jung Kim's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Colemann looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Colemann thows a big elbow that misses. Colemann gets to his feet - Kim follows without any prompting. A big left from Kim misses. Colemann misses with a jab, cross combination.
Kim fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Colemann forces Kim back against the cage and clinches. Kim takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Colemann tries to pull guard but Kim holds him up against the cage and eventually Colemann drops back down to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Still in the clinch, Kim scores with a nice short uppercut. Colemann is looking to control Kim's arms but Kim gets an underhook and turns him. Now Colemann has his back to the cage. Kim wants to break the clinch but can't.
Kim breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Colemann gets a takedown into half guard. Kim blocking the ground and pound attempt from Colemann. Colemann looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Kim wants to control but Colemann is keeping busy and won't allow it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Colemann keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Colemann wants to take a breather but Kim is having none of it. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Colemann passes to full mount! Colemann tries to control but Kim wriggling away. Colemann sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kim wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Colemann.
Kim is squirming around, avoiding Colemann's attempts to control the action.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Colemann postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Kim looks a forlorn figure.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Jung Kim's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
