Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Shafiq Hussain!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Pyotr Kalashnikov!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kalashnikov throws a leg kick but Hussain checks it.
A chopping leg kick lands by Kalashnikov.
A looping hook to the body misses from Kalashnikov. Hussain does a little dance to reset his feet.
Kalashnikov misses with a jab, cross combination.
Kalashnikov looks to throw the jab but Hussain is out of range.
Hussain checks a low kick from Kalashnikov.
Kalashnikov thuds a left hand into Hussain's body.
Kalashnikov misses with a series of wild punches.
Hussain changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kalashnikov tries to avoid it but Hussain manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kalashnikov to the ground. Kalashnikov escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kalashnikov connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Nice body punch from Kalashnikov.
Hussain is breathing heavily.
Kalashnikov lands a really nice looking cross but Hussain seems unphased.
It looks like Shafiq Hussain has been cut.
Kalashnikov swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Kalashnikov lands a hook that stumbles Hussain back into the cage. Kalashnikov follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Hussain to the canvas! Kalashnikov pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Hussain has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
