Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Russel Ebert (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chuck Didell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ebert comes into the arena with Mean Street - Van Halen blaring out of the sound system. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Chuck Didell was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
12 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Russel Ebert! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Chuck Didell! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Andrew Berry and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ebert shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Didell napping and manages to drive through into side control! Didell on the wrong end of some ground and pound. An elbow from Ebert crashes against the mat.
Didell is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Ebert is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Didell looks calm but he's in trouble here. Ebert gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Didell is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Ebert lets go of the hold and Didell can pop his arm back in it's socket.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Russel Ebert! Russel Ebert retains his middleweight title!
