Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Satoshi Kajiwara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dick Head (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Satoshi Kajiwara could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Dick Head's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Head fails to land with a series of punches.
Head throws a series of punches but Kajiwara moves out of range.
Kajiwara shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Head but Head pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
An elbow from Head crashes against the mat.
Head tries to score with some ground and pound. Kajiwara controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

Head remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Kajiwara. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
