4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Gerald Young III! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Dan Hazlehurst! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Donald Grub and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hazlehurst shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Young III as he jumps to the side. Young III tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Young III lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Young III fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Gerald Young III seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hazlehurst shoots in for a double leg but Young III sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Young III stuffs the takedown attempt from Hazlehurst. Hazlehurst gets slowly back to his feet. Gerald Young III has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dan Hazlehurst. Young III tries to bum rush Hazlehurst with a series of wild strikes but Hazlehurst uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Young III misses with a few strikes there.
Young III lands with a good body shot. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Young III pulls out of a head kick attempt.

That's one minute gone in the round. Hazlehurst looks for a takedown but Young III sprawls well. A punch combination from Young III misses. Young III lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hazlehurst circles away quickly and effectively. Young III throws out a loose jab but Hazlehurst uses good head movement to avoid it. Hazlehurst slips a jab and a cross from Young III.

Oooooh!!! Young III has knocked Hazlehurst down with a huge combo! Young III steps away and waves a wobbly Hazlehurst back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Hazlehurst is rocked! Hazlehurst is trying desperately to land a takedown but Young III is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Hazlehurst. Hazlehurst looks gassed!
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Hazlehurst is holding his hands too far apart here. Young III throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! Hazlehurst is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!
