Roscoe kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is Forgot About Dre. Damien Roscoe has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Tiny Johnson and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roscoe avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Roscoe.
Gabriel is looking to clinch but Roscoe is avoiding it.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Roscoe rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Gabriel moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Roscoe clinches up with Gabriel and pushes him back against the cage.

Roscoe is working Gabriel over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Roscoe would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Roscoe will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Roscoe throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Gabriel stuffs the takedown attempt from Roscoe. Roscoe gets slowly back to his feet.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Gabriel wants to clinch
and Roscoe counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Gabriel!

Roscoe unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Gabriel wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Roscoe celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
