Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Pound Mcgee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and H Y Kwon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mcgee's entrance music is Scorpions - Rock You Like A Hurricane. A fine choice. Kwon is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: TY$ - All Star. H Y Kwon has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Pound Mcgee! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
15 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, H Y Kwon! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, George Francis and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mcgee takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Mcgee throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Kwon counters with a lovely straight right hand! Mcgee misses with a jab to the body
and Kwon connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Kwon throws a body punch but Mcgee moves out of range. Mcgee stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Mcgee throws a left and a right that both miss
and Kwon finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
That's one minute gone in the round. A decent looking cross lands there for Kwon. Kwon misses with a low kick.
Mcgee throws a poor cross that misses
and Kwon counters with a left to the body. Mcgee throws a lazy right hand but Kwon sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Pound Mcgee is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Mcgee throws a sloppy body shot
and Kwon counters with an inside leg kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kwon is looking to clinch. Kwon throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Kwon throws a lazy uppercut
and Mcgee counters with a nice uppercut. Mcgee swings and misses with a shot to the body and Kwon decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Mcgee's guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Kwon throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Mcgee works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Kwon drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Mcgee manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Kwon has Mcgee in his guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Mcgee stands up and waves to Kwon to follow him.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mcgee connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Mcgee fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kwon manages to avoid it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Kwon clinches up with Mcgee and pushes him back against the cage. Mcgee swings wildly with an uppercut but Kwon uses good head movement to avoid it. A head punch blocked on the inside by Kwon. Mcgee prevents a takedown attempt there.
Kwon changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Mcgee fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Kwon misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but H Y Kwon will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Mcgee throws a combination that misses and Kwon counters with a nice leg kick. Kwon jabs at Mcgee's body. Kwon wants to clinch up but Mcgee keeps it at a distance. Mcgee rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Kwon counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Mcgee! Mcgee working to try and regain half guard.
Kwon jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Mcgee is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Mcgee and Kwon has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kwon is trying to get an arm triangle but Mcgee is defending well. Kwon tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Kwon wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Mcgee, who protects the arm well. Kwon working away. Mcgee is looking for a sweep. Kwon working away. Mcgee tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Kwon presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Mcgee keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Mcgee wants to control but Kwon is having none of it. Kwon thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. Poor strikes thrown by Kwon there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Kwon is trying to take his opponent's back.
Mcgee tries to reverse the position but Kwon maintains control. Kwon can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Mcgee is looking to escape. Kwon swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Mcgee is now in Kwon's guard. A big mistake from Kwon there, giving up the dominant position!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mcgee stopping the sweep attempt from Kwon. Mcgee wanted to stand there but Kwon had control of the position. Kwon looking to hit a scissor sweep but Mcgee is one step ahead there.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Mcgee wanted to stand there but Kwon had control of the position. Mcgee stands up from guard. Let's bang! Mcgee misses with a right hand and Kwon counters with a single leg into guard. Mcgee didn't expect that. Kwon loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Mcgee is controlling Kwon's posture. Kwon with a flurry of punches that miss. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
H Y Kwon showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Kwon closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Mcgee throws a lazy uppercut
and Kwon counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Kwon looks for a takedown but Mcgee sprawls well. Mcgee lands a jab to Kwon's midsection.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kwon pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Mcgee throws an overhand right that lands on Kwon's shoulder, as Kwon tries to avoid the shot. Mcgee chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Kwon can pounce on him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Mcgee throws an off balance right hand
and Kwon counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Kwon shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Mcgee's guard. Mcgee looking to control.
Mcgee looking to control but Kwon passes into half guard.
Kwon wants to take a breather but Mcgee is having none of it. Mcgee controlling the leg, holding on to half guard. Mcgee keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Kwon has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Kwon thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Mcgee's head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kwon misses with a head shot. Mcgee uses the momentum to regain guard. Mcgee trying to control the position here. Kwon with a flurry of punches that miss. Mcgee manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Mcgee is standing up, even though he is in mount. A looping hook to the body misses from Mcgee. Kwon does a little dance to reset his feet. Pound Mcgee has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mcgee swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Mcgee leaves Kwon with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Mcgee feints with a jab and clips Kwon right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! Kwon is sent crashing into the canvas and Mcgee leaps in for the kill! Kwon tries to get to his feet but Mcgee is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Kwon is in need of a savior and steps in!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:50 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Pound Mcgee!
