The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ginks slips a jab and a cross from Lomax.
Lomax misses with a two punch combination.
Lomax tries to close the distance and clinch up but Ginks swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Lomax throws a looping overhand right but Ginks ducks down to avoid it.

It looks like Buck Ginks has been cut.
Lomax throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Ginks staying out of range there.
Lomax pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Ginks cracks Lomax with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Ginks has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Lomax to stand back up!
Lomax is rocked!
It looks like River Lomax has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ginks lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Lomax is looking to close the distance but Ginks sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Lomax crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Lomax is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
