The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Gregory Folan and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanchez missing with a left hand there. Plouffe was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Sanchez misses with a double jab.
Sanchez throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Plouffe tries to close the distance and clinch up but Sanchez swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Plouffe moves out of range of the body kick.

and Plouffe counters with a left and a right that stings Sanchez.
A head kick misses from Sanchez.
Sanchez jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Sanchez throws a leg kick which misses Plouffe's front leg but catches the back leg as Plouffe tries to avoid it.
A left and a right from Plouffe both land. Nice combination.
Sanchez thumps Plouffe with a low kick.

and Plouffe counters with a nice uppercut.
Sanchez dodges the punch combination from Plouffe.
Plouffe rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Sanchez moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Plouffe uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Sanchez.
Sanchez throws a sloppy head kick and Plouffe moves out of range easily.
Plouffe misses with a combination
and Sanchez counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.

Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Sanchez.
The fight stays on the outside here - Plouffe looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Plouffe shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Plouffe throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Sanchez.

Plouffe looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
