The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Govna misses with a body shot.
Govna rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Voskresensky moves out of range and avoids them all easily. A left and a right from Govna both land. Nice combination.
It looks like Felix Voskresensky has been cut. Voskresensky tries to clinch but Govna is having none of it. Govna will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Voskresensky is trying to control. Govna wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Voskresensky seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Voskresensky is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Govna! Govna is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
Voskresensky lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Voskresensky tries to control but Govna wriggling away. Voskresensky landing shots from mount. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Govna in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Voskresensky won't let Govna get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now. Voskresensky postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Govna looks a forlorn figure.

Govna trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Voskresensky is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Govna sees it coming and defends easily. Govna is trying to stand back up but Voskresensky is controlling him

Voskresensky wants to lay and pray for a moment but Govna keeps working. Voskresensky is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Voskresensky seems to be working for a kimura but Govna defends the submission attempt. Ground and pound from Voskresensky. Govna wants to get back to his feet. Govna is staying active underneath Voskresensky, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Govna is trying to stand back up but Voskresensky is controlling him

He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Govna is refusing to be controlled, as Voskresensky sits in half guard. Govna wants to get back to his feet. Voskresensky is trying for a kimura here. Govna looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Voskresensky wins by kimura!
