Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Andy Stone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Oriah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stone comes to the cage accompanied by I stand alone - Godsmack. Andy Stone has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Andy Stone! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Adam Oriah! The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Shigeki Sano and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stone misses the jab. Stone throws the left hand but Oriah avoids the punch easily. Andy Stone seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Oriah gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Stone.
It looks like Adam Oriah has been cut. Oriah shoots in and drives through. Stone sprawls well. Stone tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Oriah was well out of range. Poor timing from Stone. Stone loads up on a big right hand but Oriah slips the punch. Oriah takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Stone digs a good body shot into Oriah's ribs. Oriah tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Stone swivels and escapes. Stone throws a series of punches but Oriah moves out of range. Stone throws a right and a left that both miss. Stone looks to throw the jab but Oriah is out of range. Jab from Oriah. A jab from Stone misses. Oriah slips under a jab. Stone throws a big shot that misses. Stone darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Stone jabs Oriah right on the nose. Oriah blinks but takes it well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Oriah scores with a body shot.
Stone misses with a looping left. Stone tries to land a front kick but Oriah steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Oriah changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Stone tries to avoid it but Oriah manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Stone to the ground. Stone escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Andy Stone has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Adam Oriah. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Oriah, as that shot connected.
Stone misses with a hook. Oriah ducked under it nicely. Stone swings and misses with a shot to the body and Oriah makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Stone is breathing heavily. Oriah shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Stone wants to control but Oriah is having none of it. Oriah landing strikes, looking to finish! Oriah landing strikes from the mount. Oriah looking to control and managing it successfully. Oriah lands with some strikes.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Oriah is in the full mount, landing strikes. Oriah postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Stone looks a forlorn figure.
Oriah lands a big shot there that rocks Stone but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Oriah has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Oriah lands a big elbow. Oriah with the ground and pound from mount. Stone is trying to escape the mount.
Oriah trying to control but Stone is having none of it. The referee warns Stone that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
It looks like Andy Stone has been cut.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Oriah controlling the position easily from mount. Stone avoids a series of strikes thrown by Oriah.
Oriah avoids the attempt from Stone to control. Oriah trying to control but Stone is having none of it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Oriah controlling from mount. Oriah scoring with strikes but Stone is staying in there. Oriah cracks Stone with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Stone tries to hold on but Oriah postures up. Stone keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Oriah lands with some strikes. Oriah punishing his opponent with strikes. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Adam Oriah dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Oriah takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Oriah throws a jab but it's blocked by Stone. Oriah moves out of range as Stone strikes. Stone swings for the body but Oriah moves out of range.
Stone ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Stone lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Stone throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Oriah sees it coming and avoids it easily. Oriah shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Stone as he jumps to the side. Stone misses the shot to the body. Stone throws a wild combination but nothing lands. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Oriah is defended easily by Stone. Oriah checks a low kick from Stone.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stone misses with a looping right. A low kick from Stone misses and Oriah cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. The fighters circling - Stone throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Nice shot lands for Stone. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Oriah checks a leg kick. Stone walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Oriah just misses with a punch to the body.
Stone scores with a one two! Oriah had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Stone throws a lazy right hand but Oriah sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Stone with a jab.
Oriah is rocked! A looping hook to the body misses from Oriah. Stone does a little dance to reset his feet. Oriah pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Stone back to the cage. Oriah follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Stone on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

Andy Stone's cut is getting worse. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Oriah throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Stone gets caught flat footed, as Oriah shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Oriah controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stone wants to control the position but Oriah says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard. Oriah landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Stone wants to get back to full guard. Stone avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Oriah. Oriah throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Oriah is trying to work for a kimura but Stone is defending well.

Well, if Oriah is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Oriah is looking to advance position but Stone won't allow it. Oriah trying to control the action but Stone is working from the bottom. Stone is trying to control but can't.
Stone has hold of Oriah's hands but Oriah slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Oriah looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Oriah sitting and controlling from the half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Adam Oriah showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Oriah fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Oriah paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Stone throws a hook but Oriah avoids it easily. Oriah slips under a jab. Oriah avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Oriah fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Stone manages to avoid it. Oriah throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Stone tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Oriah is in Stone's guard. Oriah controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Oriah throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Stone works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Oriah works over Stone with some ground and pound from guard. Stone wants to get back to his feet but Oriah is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Oriah looking to control the position here, rather than advance. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Stone not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Oriah postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Oriah content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Oriah with a flurry of punches that miss. Stone keeping moving, preventing Oriah from controlling successfully. Oriah slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Oriah working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Oriah is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Stone will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. Stone can't do much from the bottom here. Oriah in side control lands a decent elbow. Check out the look on Oriah's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!

That's four minutes gone in the round. Stone is trying to control Oriah's posture but Oriah avoids it. Stone tries to control the position but he's not in luck - Oriah easily slips into full mount! Oriah has hold of Stone's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Stone manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Andy Stone has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Oriah controlling his opponent. Oriah prevents Stone from getting the reversal.
And that's the end of the fight! Adam Oriah comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Oriah has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
