Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jurek Gazownik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlos Eduardo Taddeo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gazownik kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Spoon - Got Nuffin'. Carlos Eduardo Taddeo will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Sosuke Kotani and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gazownik looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Taddeo misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Taddeo misses with a double jab.
Jurek Gazownik seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Taddeo fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gazownik tries to clinch but Taddeo is having none of it.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Gazownik stalling away here and it's allowed Taddeo to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.

Taddeo really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gazownik. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Taddeo is refusing to be controlled, as Gazownik sits in half guard.
Gazownik frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Gazownik takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Taddeo on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Gazownik is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Gazownik fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Taddeo manages to avoid it.
Gazownik shoots in for a double leg but Taddeo sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Taddeo takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Taddeo scores with a hook to the body. Gazownik takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Gazownik thows a body shot but no joy.
Gazownik tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Gazownik tries to clinch up but Taddeo circles away and keeps his distance.

Gazownik lands with an overhand left.

No luck with that takedown attempt from Gazownik.
Taddeo pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Gazownik back to the cage. Taddeo follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Taddeo lands a really nice looking cross but Gazownik seems unphased.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Gazownik dives in and grabs Taddeo's left leg, looking for a takedown. Taddeo pushes down on Gazownik's head and hops out.

Gazownik closes the distance and clinches up with Taddeo, looking for a takedown. Gazownik pushes Taddeo against the cage but Taddeo circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

The fighters circle momentarily. Gazownik darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Taddeo is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Gazownik rather than just go for the knockout.

Gazownik shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Taddeo but Taddeo pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Taddeo tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Gazownik was well out of range. Poor timing from Taddeo.
Gazownik fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

I think Taddeo has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
