Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Matheus Dutra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aaron Oneill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Oneill's choice of entrance music: we ready. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Matheus Dutra!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Aaron Oneill!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, John Mangel and Hugh Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dutra tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Oneill paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Oneill shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Dutra's guard.

Oneill drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Dutra manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Oneill has Dutra in his guard.

Oneill keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Dutra's head.

Dutra has his foot on Oneill's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Oneill works his way back into a safe position though.

Well Oneill has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
