Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mr Ah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tomasz Drwal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ah's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Drivin South. Tomasz Drwal will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Mr Ah! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 8 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Tomasz Drwal! The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Dmitry Maklakov and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No luck for Drwal with that takedown attempt. Ah defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Drwal. Ah throws a body punch but Drwal moves out of range. Drwal changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ah tries to avoid it but Drwal manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ah to the ground. Ah escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Mr Ah has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tomasz Drwal. Ah tries to clinch up. Drwal shoots in for a takedown but Ah shows good takedown defense. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Drwal. Drwal keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A telegraphed right hand from Ah misses the target. Ah looks for the body kick but Drwal saw that one coming. Drwal fails with the takedown.

Drwal shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Ah but Ah pushes him off and we're back to square one. Drwal looks gassed! Ah thows a body shot but no joy. That's two minutes gone in the round. Ah fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Drwal is out of range. Ah throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Ah pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Ah throws a body punch but Drwal moves out of range. Ah motions for Drwal to come forward. Ah throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. Drwal shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Ah as he avoids it easily. Ah looks for the body kick but Drwal saw that one coming. Ah misses with a hook. Ah throws a looping overhand right but Drwal ducks down to avoid it. Ah tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Drwal manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Ah will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ah throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Drwal takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Drwal takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Drwal avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Ah tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Ah throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Ah tries to clinch up but Drwal circles away and keeps his distance. Mr Ah seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Drwal avoids the head kick by Ah.
Drwal fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Ah scores with a body shot.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Drwal tries to keep at a distance but Ah has taken the fight into the clinch. Drwal tries for a takedown but Ah manages to get underhooks.

It looks like Tomasz Drwal has been cut. The fight stays on the outside here - Ah looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Drwal is trying desperately to land a takedown but Ah is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Drwal. Drwal shoots in for a takedown. Ah wants to stand but Drwal has a closed guard, so he can't escape. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ah engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Drwal looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Ah has picked Drwal up and slammed him! Drwal can't keep hold of the triangle and Ah manages to pass to side control! Drwal is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Drwal's face as Ah controls the position. Drwal tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Ah wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Drwal seems a little lost for a moment, as Ah dominates the positioning. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Mr Ah just wasn't active enough. Drwal fails with the takedown. Mr Ah has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tomasz Drwal. Drwal closes the distance and clinches up with Ah, looking for a takedown. Ah using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Drwal has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Drwal drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Ah dives on top into guard. Ah stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Drwal swivels though and keeps the full guard. Ah works a leg free and moves into half guard. Drwal looking for submissions off his back. Drwal looking for submissions off his back.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ah slows the pace down in half guard. Drwal is trying to get back to full guard. Drwal actively working from the bottom here. Drwal is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Ah pulls his head out easily. Tomasz Drwal has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
