Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between James Petri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Allan Danwill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Allan Danwill told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Danwill fails with a takedown attempt.
Petri stuffs the takedown attempt from Danwill. Danwill gets slowly back to his feet.
Danwill shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Petri sprawls well. Petri wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Danwill gets slowly back to his feet.
James Petri has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Allan Danwill.
Nice sprawl there from Petri as Danwill shoots in.
Petri throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Danwill tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Petri is in Danwill's guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Petri drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Petri jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Petri drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Petri as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Danwill screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Petri! Nice submission victory there!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kneebar). James Petri!
