Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Cezary Siojbka!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, George Sots!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Bruno Hogan and Damien Edna.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Siojbka shoots in but Sots avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Sots has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Siojbka.
Sots circles away from the clinch attempt.
Siojbka scores with a three punch combo!


It looks like George Sots has been cut.
Siojbka lands a nice leg kick that just misses Sots's sensitive parts.
Siojbka throws a right hand that Sots ducks under and follows up with a left that Sots also avoids with ease.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Siojbka lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Sots has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Sots and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Siojbka throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Siojbka throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Sots's waist but Sots gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Siojbka off to one side.
Sots fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Siojbka shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Sots as he avoids it easily.

Sots tests Siojbka's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Siojbka really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Sots throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Siojbka stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Sots stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Siojbka swivels though and keeps the full guard.

George Sots is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Sots looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Siojbka with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Cezary Siojbka has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Siojbka is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Sots pulls his head out easily.

George Sots comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Sots winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
