Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Franklyn Lucas and John Kavanagh.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Woods throws a shot from downtown. Hanson moves away and avoids it.
A jab from Woods finds it's way through Hanson's defenses.

Woods shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Hanson napping and manages to drive through into side control!
You can see the frustration on Hanson's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Woods wants to control but Hanson is keeping him busy.
Woods tries to score with some ground and pound. Hanson controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

Hanson throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.

Hanson is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Woods knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Hanson connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Woods some visible discomfort.

Hanson throws the left hand but Woods avoids the punch easily.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Woods is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Woods has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Hanson is working away from the top position though.
