Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Sir Didymus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Riki Oh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Didymus comes to the cage accompanied by Welcome to the TerrorDome. The crowd seem to be enjoying Oh's choice of entrance music: Burning down the House. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sir Didymus! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Riki Oh! The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Leandro Rodrigues and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Didymus lands a body shot.
Didymus throws an overhand right that lands on Oh's shoulder, as Oh tries to avoid the shot. Didymus with a body punch. A glancing blow. Oh ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Didymus moves away. Didymus ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Didymus misses with a body shot.
Oh misses with a straight left. Oh rushes Didymus and presses him up against the cage. Didymus wants a takedown.
Oh taking a breather. Oh avoiding damage as Didymus throws knees to the body.
Good body shot from Oh.
Didymus manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Didymus manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Poor strikes thrown by Didymus there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Oh taking shots to the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Didymus punching from mount but Oh doing a good job of avoiding damage. Didymus tries to control but Oh wriggling away. Oh tries to lock up and control but Didymus gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. The referee warns Oh that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Didymus landing strikes from the mount and Oh is in trouble! Oh is wriggling around trying to escape.
Didymus looking to control and managing it successfully. Didymus looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Didymus tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Didymus has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Oh wants to hold on but Didymus pushes him away. Didymus unloads with some shots from mount but Oh bucks and avoids them well.
Oh is desperately trying to improve his position but Didymus has a good base and remains in mount. Didymus landing strikes from the mount and Oh is in trouble!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Oh tries to hold on but Didymus pushes him away. Didymus thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. Didymus is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Oh has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Didymus lands a big elbow. Didymus has control of Oh's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Oh regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Oh holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Didymus tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Didymus throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. Didymus misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Oh wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Didymus.
Oh wants to control but Didymus is having none of it. Didymus is working for a guillotine from mount but Oh frees his head quite easily.

Sir Didymus dominated that round. That's time! Didymus's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Oh changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Oh misses with an uppercut. Oh tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Didymus was well out of range. Poor timing from Oh. Oh ducks under a wild hook from Didymus. Didymus lunges at Oh with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Oh's hand. Didymus uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Oh. Oh takes a swing at Didymus's ribcage but misses. Didymus bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Didymus throws the left hand but Oh avoids the punch easily. A big right from Oh misses. A big left from Didymus misses. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Didymus avoids the body shot from Oh.

Didymus uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Oh. Oh looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Didymus scores with a decent looking hook.
That's one minute gone in the round. The fighters circling - Oh throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Didymus blocks a jab. Didymus shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Didymus showed some decent athleticism there. Didymus with the ground and pound but Oh uses the opportunity to regain guard. Didymus seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Didymus trying to control but Oh is working from the bottom. Oh working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Didymus.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Didymus trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Didymus trying to control the position from guard on top but Oh is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Oh is on top in guard.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Oh's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Didymus avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Didymus looking to hit a scissor sweep but Oh is one step ahead there. Oh works over Didymus with some ground and pound from guard. Oh must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Didymus looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Didymus has his foot on Oh's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Oh works his way back into a safe position though.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Didymus is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Oh is aware though and is defending well. Didymus working for a triangle but Oh defends it easily.
Oh preventing the sweep. Didymus trying to keep a closed guard but Oh is proving a slippery customer.
Didymus keeping moving, preventing Oh from controlling successfully. Didymus looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Sir Didymus overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Oh looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Oh wants to pass the guard but Didymus is keeping the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Didymus lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Oh! The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Didymus cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Didymus throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. Didymus can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Oh is looking to escape. A nice elbow there by Didymus. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sir Didymus dominated that second round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
Oh fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Didymus connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Oh misses with an uppercut. Oh jabbing away but nothing is landing. Oh misses with a body shot.
Didymus takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. The fighters circling - Oh throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Didymus gets a takedown into half guard. Didymus is looking to advance position but Oh won't allow it. Oh tries to roll over but Didymus keeps him under control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Oh slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Didymus wants to control from the top but Oh keeps moving. Didymus trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Oh avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Didymus stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Oh swivels though and keeps the full guard. Didymus throwing strikes from guard but Oh blocks nicely.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Oh is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Oh keeping full guard, as Didymus tries to pass. Didymus trying to control but Oh is working from the bottom. Didymus postures up in Oh's guard and throws a big left but Oh blocks it. Didymus wants to control from the top but Oh keeps moving.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Didymus fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Oh sprawls well initially but Didymus persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Didymus slows the pace down in half guard. Didymus is trying to control. Oh wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Didymus scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Didymus not landing any meaningful shots this time. Oh is looking to improve his position.
Didymus missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Riki Oh has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Didymus is trying to control. Oh wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Oh keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Oh works his way to full guard. Good work. Oh takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Didymus works over Oh with some ground and pound from guard. Didymus passes easily into side control. Nice work. Didymus is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. Didymus tries to advance to mount but Oh denies him.
And that's the end of the fight! Sir Didymus showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Didymus, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
