The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Salo lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Salo uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Sirkkeli.
Salo misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Sirkkeli.

Salo misses with a wild body shot.
Sirkkeli has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Salo finds it's way round the side to connect with Sirkkeli's head.
Salo thows a body shot but no joy.
Salo misses with an uppercut. Sirkkeli saw that one coming.
Salo just misses with a punch to the body.
Salo fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Sirkkeli on the side of the head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Salo tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Sirkkeli just misses with a punch to the body.
Salo misses with a jab to the body
and Sirkkeli counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
A nice inside leg kick there by Salo. That's going to slow Sirkkeli down.
Salo fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Sirkkeli has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Sirkkeli thuds a left hand into Salo's body.
Salo digs a good body shot into Sirkkeli's ribs.
Sirkkeli looks gassed!
Salo feints and then cracks Sirkkeli's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Sirkkeli down.
Sirkkeli with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Salo to score with a decent uppercut.
Salo with a nice cross.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
The fighters circling - Salo throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
A big left from Salo misses.
Salo will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Sirkkeli takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Oooooh!!! Salo has knocked Sirkkeli down with a huge combo! Salo steps away and waves a wobbly Sirkkeli back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Salo lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Sirkkeli head around and knocks him out cold! Salo hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.
