Jackson tries to clinch up but Castillo circles away and keeps his distance. Jackson leaves Castillo with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Jackson lands a nice looking body shot.
Castillo changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jackson tries to avoid it but Castillo manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jackson to the ground. Jackson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Castillo bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Castillo slows the pace down. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Castillo tries to advance to mount but Jackson denies him. Castillo throws a strike aimed at the side of Jackson's head but Jackson avoids it well. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Matthew Jackson will probably get the nod. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
