Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mike Bernhard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Agrajeeta Al Salah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mike Bernhard!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Agrajeeta Al Salah!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Steve Montenegro and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bernhard looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Al Salah working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Bernhard doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Bernhard manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Al Salah not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Bernhard tries to free his leg and advance position but Al Salah is retaining full guard.
Al Salah controls Bernhard momentarily but Bernhard frees himself.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bernhard postures up in Al Salah's guard and throws a big left but Al Salah blocks it.
Bernhard stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Al Salah swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Bernhard trying to control but Al Salah is working from the bottom.
Bernhard is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Al Salah is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Al Salah preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
A combination from Al Salah does no damage.
Bernhard swinging wildly here.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Bernhard slips a jab and a cross from Al Salah.
Al Salah looks to land a combination but Bernhard avoids it well.
Bernhard throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Al Salah was covering up waiting for the punch and Bernhard finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Al Salah is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but Bernhard frees his head nicely. Oh but Al Salah has switched to an armbar! Bernhard is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
