Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paulo Ingo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jorge Costanza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Paulo Ingo is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Paulo Ingo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jorge Costanza! The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Felipe Paraventi and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice sprawl there from Ingo as Costanza shoots in. Ingo fails with an attempt to clinch.
Ingo shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Ingo showed some decent athleticism there. Ingo looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Ingo is figuring out what he wants to do next. Ingo knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Costanza on the ground. Ingo takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Costanza looking for submissions off his back. Ingo stands up out of the half guard. Ingo dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Costanza doesn't succeed with the takedown and Ingo counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Costanza's guard now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ingo preventing the sweep. Ingo has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Costanza looks gassed! Costanza keeping full guard, as Ingo tries to pass. Ingo got a little sloppy there for a moment and Costanza has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Ingo has managed to get both his arms back between Costanza's legs - danger averted. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Costanza can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Ingo controls the pace. Ingo working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Costanza is positioning himself to get back to half guard. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Ingo cracks Costanza with a big right hand but Costanza just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Costanza is trying to control Ingo's posture but Ingo avoids it. Costanza tries to buck Ingo off but Ingo is having none of it. Ingo tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Ingo has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ingo looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Costanza tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Ingo wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Ingo thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Costanza is looking to reverse the position. Ingo trying to control the position but Costanza is working away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Costanza manages to get back to half guard. Ingo content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Costanza with the active half guard here but Ingo passes nicely into side control. Ingo controlling the position from side mount. Ingo working away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Paulo Ingo dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Ingo clinches up against the cage. Costanza is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Ingo has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Costanza regains guard immediately. Ingo is looking to stand up but Costanza won't let him. Ingo stands and throws Costanza's legs to the side, diving into side control. Ingo working away. Ingo stands up and we're back to a striking position. Ingo throws a head kick that half lands.
Ingo looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Costanza is fending him off so far but Ingo persists. Nope, Costanza circles away and we're back to standing. Costanza fails with the takedown. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Costanza looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Ingo holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now. Costanza is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Costanza is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Ingo sees it coming and defends easily. Ingo regains full guard. Nicely done. Costanza forces his way into half guard. Costanza is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Ingo defends it well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Costanza is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Costanza wants to free his trapped foot but Ingo is holding on for dear life with his legs. Costanza is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Ingo sees it coming and defends easily. Costanza is working for a kimura here but Ingo manages to reverse the position and he's now in Costanza's guard.
Ingo content to stall in guard here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ingo pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Costanza is keeping the position for now. Ingo is sitting in close to Costanza's body. Costanza has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Ingo is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Ingo is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Costanza.
